Words following a clause such as, for example, must be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the meaning of the preceding words, descriptions, definitions, phrases, or terms. Unless otherwise stated, capitalized words used in these terms and conditions (but not defined in these terms and conditions) shall have the meaning set out in the Agency Contract 1.2 Terms and Conditions.

(A) These are the terms and conditions of our Platform services.

Please consider these terms and conditions carefully before signing an agreement. These terms and conditions describe who we are, how we will provide our services to you, what to do if a problem arises, and other basic information. If you feel there are any problems with these terms and conditions please submit feedback to customer service. In addition, we may take legal action against you for misconduct on the rating application process, making you potentially liable to legal penalties.

B) These terms and conditions will govern our agreement to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions that the application developer may attempt to impose, incorporate, or imply by trade, custom, practice, or course of business.

Note: If there is more than one application developer, you will be jointly and severally liable for your obligations and responsibilities under this agreement, including your liability. This means that we may pursue our rights against you for any breach of this Agreement by taking additional action against you for your actions. It is our continuing assumption that our agents will take notice and cooperate with us.

2.0 Agent’s liability

The Agent must complete all applications (40) within twenty-four hours to ensure valid assignment completion. Early termination of the application task is not permitted as it would stop the completion of the task. Prohibit agents from posting or distributing false content on social media or other platforms. Each user will be randomly assigned to tasks from 0-3 packs of 40 tasks, each pack will contain 1-3 order products. The minimum withdrawal of 50 USDT or more to allow withdrawal. Each agent must complete the task of three sets of applications before leaving the service.

Note: 2 sets of application tasks means 80 of the application tasks. 

The Company reserves the right to supplement or amend the terms of the agreement.
